The cyclist was travelling in Yaxley at about 3.50pm on Saturday (January 25) when an industrial shed was blown through the air in a gust of wind and into a bus shelter. Debris from both structures then hit the cyclist as he passed by. The man, in his 40s, suffered a head injury and was knocked out in the incident. He was escorted to Peterborough City Hospital by Magpas Helimedix doctor Monojit Choudhury and paramedic Rob Riches. He was in a stable condition.
