POLICE are looking into the cause of a collision which left a motorcyclist dead in Perry yesterday.

The man, believed to be in his 60s, died after his red AJS Matchless motorbike was in collision with a white Scania lorry at 2.55pm on the B661.

Police say the man, who has not yet been formally identified, was from outside of the county. The lorry driver, a 64 year old man from Kings Lynn, was not injured.

PC Pete Bimson, investigating, said: “I would like to hear from anyone who witnessed the incident or either vehicle in the moments leading up to the collision.”
