AN ACTOR who has been selling days of his life to the highest bidder says he’s been left exhausted.

James Hamer-Morton, whose studio is based in High Street, Alconbury Weston, has auctioned off his services online and has been trying his best to meet the demands of those who have bought him since the beginning of April.

The social experiment which is being filmed for a documentary has so far seen Mr Hamer-Morton film a music video, sell jewellery live on the internet, and be sent on a scavenger hunt around London.

However, some of the 30-year-old’s experiences have not been so enjoyable.

Mr Hamer-Morton said: “It’s very strange, you get some people who think they have bought you and they control you entirely and they don’t have to worry about your basic human needs.

“There was one day where I didn’t get a break for eight hours and I didn’t get to eat anything.”

The actor has said he is very much looking forward to stopping ... despite having some of his most interesting challenges ahead.

One of these is a request from a woman in Dallas that he rides around in a car resembling a cow.
