The day, which includes a bungee run, bouncy castle, rodeo bull, sumo wrestling, barbecue and disco, will kick off from 1pm until close.
Visitors are encouraged to dress up on the day as their favourite superheroes.
Superheroes day is the brainchild of Cromwell’s Bar landlord Godfrey Kennedy. He said: “You hear about the soldiers who are coming back and they need the money. We want to help”
