HUNTINGDON-based adhesive tapes manufacturer Limpet Tapes Limited is on the move southwards to new premises.
Barker Storey Matthews Huntingdon office, acting on behalf of the landlords, has arranged for the letting of Tower House, Hardwick Road, at Great Gransden, a detached unit of just over 14,000 sq ft upon the Hardwick Industrial Park, off Caxton Road, to the tape-maker, which is part of the Panoply Group. The new occupiers, who are currently moving in, have re-titled the building Bond House.
Limpet Tapes are relocating from their established site at George Street in Huntingdon and had been seeking alternative premises to combine their Huntingdon, Royston and Harston operations.
Barker Storey Matthews Director Richard Adam, who dealt with the marketing on behalf of Whitfield Associates, said: "We were pleased to assist Limpet Tapes in their search for suitable premises. The building at Great Gransden suited their requirements in terms of size, configuration and location and, in conjunction with the owners, the premises have been completely refurbished.
"It is always pleasing to see a building such as this put into full use in what has traditionally been a popular location.
