THE Federation of Small Businesses will be showing off its new partnership with pensions giant Scottish Widows at the Huntingdonshire Business Fair on April 19.
The Lloyds Banking Group subsidiary will be exhibiting at the event, sponsored by The Hunts Post, at Wood Green Animal Shelter in Godmanchester, to explain what is on offer to FSB members.
Malcolm Lyons, the federation’s Huntingdonshire chairman, said: “The Pension Act 2008 comes into force in October 2012. It will affect every employer in the UK, requiring them to provide a pension scheme for their employees.
“The FSB’s appointed advisers, FSB Independent Financial Services, will explain the duties that all employers have to comply with, and details of the FSB pension scheme for members with Scottish Widows which provides an exclusive solution for members.”
