THE Inspiration for Growth programme run by the St John's Innovation Centre continues with a workshop on recruitment for businesses with high growth potential. "Building the A team - recruiting the right staff" will take place at St John's Innovation Centre from 11.30am to 2pm on Friday, April 30. The session is part of a programme supported by the Greater Cambridge Partnership, designed to inspire and support companies with high growth potential which has been attended by over 150 individuals. Workshops take place at the St John's Innovation Centre, Buckden Towers near St Neots and E-space at Littleport. The Inspiration for Growth programme is open to any Cambridgeshire-based company (excluding Peterborough) with fewer than 50 employees and an annual turnover of less than \u20AC10m. David Gill, managing director at St John's Innovation Centre said: "Many of the companies we see across Cambridgeshire are still growing and planning increased growth, so we need to do all that we can to encourage and facilitate their development. The workshops are covering topics that any business wishing to grow will need to manage as part of their development."
