QUBIC Recruitment has announced that it is to continue sponsorship of Huntingdon Stags RUFC. The Huntingdon company, which provides temporary and permanent recruitment solutions, has been working with the Stags for the past four years, during which time the club has moved back to its traditional home at the Racecourse in Brampton. Qubic branch manager Charlie Cook said: "The association with the rugby club has been a tremendous success over the last four years. "We have gained new business with the rugby club's members and supporters and have also assisted a number of the clubs' players in finding work, notably those from overseas. "I would recommend sponsoring the local club to any local business, because the volume of contacts you can gain is fantastic. "I know the club has big ambitions, even more so since the recent move to the Racecourse, and to be involved with the Stags as a sponsor is very exciting." Stags chairman John Doonan said: "I would like to thank Qubic for this support which is vital to improving the club facilities for senior and junior rugby. I am pleased that Qubic recognizes the importance of working with the local community." The Stags will be hosting a sponsors' lunch on Saturday March 13 where interested parties can find out more about sponsoring the Stags.
