Since May 1988, when it was the first to open in Huntingdon, the company has expanded from one very small office to a suite of refurbished offices in Huntingdon High Street. It now provides small, medium and large businesses in Cambridgeshire with long term recruiting solutions for temporary, temporary-to-permanent and permanent staff through personalised service, integrity and confidentiality. This has resulted in long lasting business relationships with clients and candidates, said managing director Sharon Winfield. Victoria Lewis uses a comprehensive selection process to measure and assess technical skills and interpersonal abilities. Screening includes thorough testing and interviewing. Advice and support are provided throughout the recruitment cycle. In recent years the service has expanded to include training workshops and seminars to provide information and practical help to local businesses on recruitment, HR and legislation.
