Commercial property agents Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH) and Barker Storey Matthews have sold a rare 50/50 office and industrial unit on the established Ermine Business Park, in Huntingdon, for more than the £1million asking price.
The 8,330 sq ft detached building was constructed in 1997 and has been occupied by the same organisation since.
The main warehouse area of the building incorporates a two-storey office area.
Jonathan Goodman, of LSH, said: "It is unusual to find a hybrid unit with an equal amount of office and industrial space.
"To add to this, it is unusual to have such a large unit available for freehold purchase.
"The fact the premises sold for such a competitive price demonstrates the buoyancy the Huntingdon market is experiencing.
