SETTING thoughts of any credit crunch to one side, St Neots-based The Mortgage Broker Ltd has been awarded Highly Commended status in the Customer Service Team of the Year in the financial services sector by the judges of the National Customer Service Awards.
The judges said the company, which won the Judges' Award at the 2007 Hunts Post Huntingdonshire Business of the Year Awards last November, "appears to demonstrate clearly that it understands the commercial importance of the customer as the sole source of revenue and is delivering customer service to the highest standard to optimise the available opportunities".
