THE Huntingdon Business Network hosted a lunchtime open seminar on Friday attended by Jonathan Djanogly MP.
Mr Djanogly joined the networking meeting at the Commemoration Hall in Huntingdon, gave a speech on how central and local government should help small businesses, and took part in a question and answer session chaired by Dr Chris Thomas.
Dr Thomas told delegates that collaboration was key to the survival of small businesses in difficult economic times, and that organisations such as HBN were essential for that purpose.
The event also marked the arrival of Ruth Ekblom as HBN events secretary, taking over from Lesley Sharp.
