HUNTINGDON-based property agents Barker Storey Matthews have won the Estates Gazette award for the Most Active Agent in Cambridgeshire, Norfolk and Suffolk for the second year running.
The award is given to the agent who completed the most agency deals in 2010. BSM struck 240 deals nearly equating to one for every working day of the year.
The magazine presented the award at a reception in Cambridge attended by most local agents, along with other property professionals.
Alan Matthews of BSM, pictured with fellow BSM directors Richard Jones and Mike Sumpster and Estates Gazette’s Damien Wild and Stacey Meadwell, said: “We have a fantastic team who have worked really hard throughout the year to achieve this award. We are absolutely delighted to have won for a second year running”.
