HUNTINGDON-based business park developer Artisan plc has bought three tracts of land for its house-building subsidiary, Rippon Homes.
The three sites in and near Mansfield, which cost a total of £3.6million, will accommodate a total of 64 homes.
Chief executive Chris Musselle said: "These sites are carefully chosen to provide the type of accommodation sought by families without resorting to excessive concentrations of three-storey units".
