ARTISAN (UK), the Huntingdon-based developer, is set to acquire a four acre site in Peterborough subject to planning consent.
The company says the new site - Cygnet Park on the Hampton Estate - is already attracting interest from potential clients. Ultimately, Artisan expects to develop approximately 60,000 square feet of office space on Cygnet Park.
Chief executive Chris Musselle said: "Artisan is making further progress in meeting its strategy of refreshing and expanding its land bank. We have recently completed the increase in our debt funding and are looking to source further sites."
