THE West Anglia branch of the networking organisation, the Forum for the Built Environment (fbe), has been re-formed and is inviting members of the property, development and construction industries to attend its first breakfast meeting on Tuesday February 1.

At its inaugural event entitled ‘change and modernisation in difficult times’, candidates will have the opportunity to meet and network with the region’s leading players as well as hearing from two guest speakers.

Bernard Savage is one of the UK’s leading marketing and business development experts and a popular speaker at fbe meetings around the country. His presentation will look at how businesses in the construction industry can increase sales and performance, despite the downturn.

Recently-appointed president of the fbe Phil Laycock will provide delegates with his view on the industry, what the future holds and how the fbe can help face the challenges.

INFORMATION: The event, at the The Haycock Hotel, Wansford, starts at 7.30am for registration, coffee and networking, with breakfast following at 7.45am. Following the speaker’s presentations there will be further opportunities to network, with the meeting closing at 09:30. The event is free to non members and members, but only registered delegates will be allowed in. For more information, to register and book contact Ian Brant at Ian@brantassociates.com.
