ESTATE agency Sharman Quinney has appointed Rino Spadaccino as its St Neots branch manager.
Rino, who has lived in the Bedford area all his life and is an expert in the local market, will be responsible for growing the branch’s market share by providing outstanding levels of customer service to local home-movers, the firm said.
He said: “We are seeing more activity in the local housing market with much more interest from buyers. Properties that are correctly priced and well marketed will always sell, so we are urging anyone looking to move, whether they want to put their home on the market or have been on for a while already, to call the branch now.”
The company is part of the Connells group.
