A NEW recruitment agency, offering clients and jobseekers personal attention, has opened in Kimbolton.

Pink Recruitment Solutions, was set up to provide permanent and temporary recruitment solutions in Cambs, Beds, Northants and Bucks, specialising in Office Support, HR, Accountancy, Sales and Marketing.

Director, Rebecca Stenson, pictured, said they had chosen Kimbolton as it is central to the four target counties.

"Our approach to recruitment is different from many of our competitors," she told The Hunts Post. "We're not a typical high street recruitment agency and we don't want anyone to have a typical high street experience. We don't expect our clients and candidates to come to us. We go to them. Pink Recruitment Solutions will work closely with both our candidates and clients to provide the best support, making sure it's an enjoyable, stress free and rewarding experience for everyone involved.

Ms Stenson said candidates would also be offered career advice and coaching, and the company planned to offer training services to clients as the business developed.

For every placement achieved the company will make a £50 donation to Breast Cancer Campaign to fund independent UK research into improving diagnosis and treatment of breast cancer. "The aim is to gain a better understanding of how it develops and ultimately either curing the disease or preventing it," Ms Stenson said.
