Burglars target two Huntingdonshire businesses

OFFICERS are on the hunt for burglars who targeted two Huntingdonhsire businesses last Wednesday (March 21).

Thieves smashed their way in and stole foreign currency from an office in the Earith Business Park between 8.55pm and 9.05pm.

The same night, a business at the Airfield Industrial Estate, in Warboys, was broken into, but officers say it’s unclear whether anything was taken. Cambridgeshire police said the two burglaries could be linked.

Det Con Sue Swales, said: “I would urge anyone who has any information about either burglary to contact police.

“A vehicle with a loud exhaust was heard in the Earith area around the time of the break-in, we are keen to speak to anyone who recognises the description of that car and know who it belongs to.”
