BURGLARS stole a 42-inch plasma television from a house in St Neots - and then fled on foot.
Police are appealing for witnesses to the theft, which took place in Chapman Way between 3.30pm and 8.16pm on Sunday (February 27).
After taking the 42-inch Teknic plasma television, the offenders are believed to have walked along carrying the television behind Ernulf School and Eynesbury Manor to The Broadwalk in St Neots.
PC James Bowen said: “We would like to hear from anyone who may have seen two men carrying a large television in the area at the time.
“We would also like to hear from anyone who may have been approached by someone trying to sell a television of the same description.”
