MOTORISTS on the A14 were delayed in the morning rush hour today (Thursday) after a broken-down lorry caused tailbacks.

MOTORISTS on the A14 were delayed in the morning rush hour today (Thursday) after a broken-down lorry caused tailbacks.

Vehicles queued back to Godmanchester on the A14 eastbound carriageway after the lorry broke down near Bar Hill. A police spokesman said traffic on the road began to slow at around 8.20am and that the road was cleared by 9.20am.
