Police have passed a file to the coroner.
Police have now confirmed they were called at 12.35pm today (Saturday) after receiving reports of concern for a person in a parked vehicle in Sandwich Road, St Neots.
In a statement issued in the last few minutes, a police spokesman said: “Sadly the occupant of the vehicle, a woman, was pronounced dead at the scene.”
Police say a file has been passed to the coroner.
