BMW crashes into lampost after Hemingford crash

A MAN escaped injury after his BMW crashed into a lamp post in a two-vehicle collision in Hemingford Grey yesterday afternoon.

Firefighters from St Ives and Huntingdon cut the man free from the car after the incident on Payne Close at 4.51pm. Crews requested UK Power Network attended as the lamp post was damaged.

A Cambridgeshire police spokesman said that there were no injuries.
