Four pupils from a Huntingdon theatre arts group achieved top marks in nationally-recognised drama exams.

Charlotte Putt, Victoria Garwood, Matthew Lynch and Keith Green all attend sessions on Tuesdays for adults with learning disabilities run by Bedazzle Theatre Arts, which works in partnership with Huntingdon Mencap.

They recently took solo LAMDA (London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art) qualifications and passed with flying colours.

Bedazzle founder and principal Diane Janssen said: “They all passed brilliantly with distinctions and did really well, so it’s an axcellent achievement.”

Meanwhile, the adult pupils, who are all 19 and over, are involved in rehearsals for a fitness dance video suitable for people of any age with mobility problems.

The Tuesday group meets at Huntingdon Dance Centre in Orchard Lane. For more, visit www.bedazzlearts.com.
