Arsonists torched a car in Huntingdon in the early hours of this morning (Tuesday).
A crew from Huntingdon were called to Surrey Road shortly after 4.30am following reports that a car was ablaze.
A spokesman for Cambridgeshire Fire and Rescue Service said: “Firefighters arrived to find a car on fire. Wearing breathing apparatus they extinguished the fire using a hose reel and returned to their station by 5.55am.”
An investigation revealed that the cause of the fire was deliberate. Anyone with information should contact the police on 101 or Crimestoppers on 0800 555111.
