A second motorcyclist sustained serious injuries in another crash in Huntingdonshire yesterday (Sunday).

Magpas Helimedix doctor Wayne Kark and paramedic Rob Riches were sent to Keyston at about 4pm after a man in his 40s was injured after his bike veered off the road.

He was given pain relief and the Helimedix treated his broken limbs before he was flown to Addenbrooke’s Hospital, in Cambridge, where he arrived in a serious but stable condition.

A Cambridgeshire police spokesman said: “We were called at 3.50pm by the ambulance service who told us that a man suffered serious, but not life-threatening, injuries in a single vehicle collision where a motorcyclist came off the road and ended up in a field.”
