There are no establishments in the district with a zero rating, but there are some that hold a rating of one according to the FSA website on Monday - these include Glober Afro Foodies, Hemingford Sports and Social Club, Dragon Boat Cafe and Fish Bar, St Ives, Hotspot Pizza and Chicken, St Neots, International Food Huntingdon Ltd, High Street, Mad Cat pub, Pidley, The Bell Inn, Sawtry, Eight Bells pub, Abbotsley, Oak Activities, Brampton, and Nisa Local, Buckden.
A rating of one means major improvement is required. Businesses can ask for a re-inspection at any time, so these ratings may change at any time.
Inspections are carried out by environmental health officers from the district council and are based on guidelines set by the Food Standards Agency.
Inspectors look at how clean the facilities are, what food safety management procedures are in place and how hygienic food handling is.
The higher the rating, the better those things are found to be.
Overall, just over half (63.1%) of businesses in Huntingdonshire have the highest rating - which is below the national average of 71%.
