A care home in Huntingdon celebrated summer in style with a day of fun, food, and entertainment.
Primrose Care Home hosted a summer celebration for residents, families, staff, and members of the community, with a barbecue, sweet treats, and activities for all ages.
Children enjoyed face painting and a bouncy castle, while guests were treated to gift bags and live music from a singer and entertainer.
Amanda Favel, home manager, said: "It was a wonderful day filled with joy, laughter, and togetherness.
"We’re grateful to everyone who joined us, especially the deputy mayor and his wife for taking the time to celebrate with us – it meant so much to our residents and staff."
Huntingdon deputy mayor, Cllr Patrick Kadewere and his wife Marion attended the event, spending time with residents and joining in the festivities.
Ms Favel said their presence was deeply appreciated by everyone at the home.
The event ended on a positive note, with Primrose Care Home strengthening its connection with the community and creating lasting memories for residents and families alike.
