Huntingdon Nursery and Primary Federation summer event

Staff and pupils from Huntingdon Nursery and Primary Federation hosted a summer fair with the goal of raising money and extending community ties.

Children from nursery up to Year 6 took part and worked hard to make things to sell and create activities for everyone to take part in.

Sweet treats and stalls such as home-made coconut ice, popcorn, friendship bracelets, decorated vases, a book sale, plant sale and throwing wet sponges at teachers were offered at the fair

For entertainment children and parents were able to enjoy a raffle, performances from the school’s choir and iRock band and take part in archery with Ramsey Ravens Archery Club.

A spokesperson for the Federation said: “What an amazing way to celebrate our schools, in the glorious sunshine that we were blessed with on the day. Thank you to all who attended, and for making the event such a success."
