A photographic exhibition documenting the final growing season of a Cambridgeshire farm is set to open.
Local photographer Keith Mason will showcase images from his project, The Last Harvest, at St Neots Parish Church Hall in July.
The project focuses on Brook Farm, which is the subject of Bloor Homes' outline planning application for 600 houses.
Mr Mason has worked closely with Glynn Osborne, whose family has farmed the land since 1947.
Mr Mason, who is completing an MA in photography at Falmouth University, said: "The Last Harvest documents the final growing season of a small arable farm in Cambridgeshire.
"The land has been worked by three generations of the same family since 1947.
"The project explores the family’s connection to the land and the societal changes caused by urbanisation."
He added: "The project explores the impact of urbanisation on rural land use, the conflict between housing and food production, and the emotional impact of the family’s displacement and lost memories."
