Mayoress of Huntingdon dresses as bunny at charity event

The event, which took place at Brampton racecourse on Saturday April 19, brought people together for a day of activities and charity awareness.

The Mayor of Huntingdon, Councillor Karl Brockett, said: "It was a great opportunity to share the best interaction with our community and local residents."

The day aimed to raise awareness of local charities, while also provide fun activities and photo opportunities for everyone.

The mayoress' participation in the Easter Bunny costume was a highlight, offering families a chance for special photo-sharing experiences to celebrate the occasion.

The event was well-attended, with many people who had been involved in the race day also taking part.

Special thanks were extended to the team at Brampton racecourse for their role in organising the bank holiday celebration.

The Mayor of Huntingdon with those who attended the event The day concluded with an evening event for music fans.

Cllr Brockett added that the event was a "really good initiative to make sure everyone has an incredible time to be part of the event".
