The mayor of Huntingdon, Cllr Karl Brockett, organised an event at the town hall on March 8 to celebrate International Women's Day.
Residents were joined by community leaders, coming together to celebrate and acknowledge the importance of women’s equality and inclusion in modern society.
The packed event provided an opportunity for attendees to share experiences, discuss ideas for the town’s future, and enjoy live performances, including a standout appearance by singer Abigail Dhese Biggs, performing her original pieces.

The mayoress of Huntingdon, Julie Brockett, was the driving force behind the gathering, working to unite women and the larger community for the celebration.
