The Post Office branch in Eynesbury, St Neots is set to close following the resignation of its retail partner, One Stop.

The outlet will close its doors on Saturday, March 9 at 1pm.

The Post Office said in a statement that it is "regrettable", the Eynesbury branch had to close following the departure of One Stop.

What is replacing the Post Office?

In a statement, a spokesperson for the Post Office confirmed that a 'Drop & Collect' service will be introduced at the Berkley Street branch.

It will open on Wednesday, March 13, at 7am and will be known as the "Berkley Street Drop & Collect".

The services offered at the Drop & Collect branch will be from a handheld device, and will allow customers to maintain access to bill payments and prepaid parcel services from the branch.
