A Cambridgeshire care home resident has celebrated her 100th birthday, and is the second resident in the home to do so.
Magga, a resident at Hill House in Ellington, Huntingdon, celebrated her 100th birthday on February 6.
She was born Magdelina Bruce Rahmany in Moscow, Russia, on February 6, 1924.
Her mother, Irina, was a teacher, while her father, Ahmad, worked as a Royal Ambassador in the Embassy.
Magga worked as a translator in her youth.
The 100-year-old has lived a full life, having resided in France and Italy before settling down in Cambridgeshire.
She was married to her husband Ghulam for 11 years, and the pair looked after lots of pet cats.
Hill House staff said that Magga loves spending time with Bangles, the care home's very own pet cat, and she loves seeing the staff's pet dogs at the care home too.
All of the staff and residents at Hill House celebrated Magga's 100th birthday with her, and she was very pleased to receive a birthday card from King Charles III and Queen Camilla.
