Every year, a rigorous assessment of more than 13,080 estate and letting agents across the UK is carried out by the Best Estate Agent Guide – a website for landlords and sellers to help them choose which agent to sell or let their property
The comprehensive review uses a combination of property listing data analysis and Google Reviews to score agents against performance criteria covering property marketing, customer service and results, market share, how quickly a property is sold or let, conversions into sales and the price achieved compared to the asking price.
The very best agents are listed in the Best Estate Agent Guide and the results of this year’s assessment were announced at the Best Estate Agent Guide Awards. Pirie Homes was among those recognised, going on to win Gold in Sales and Lettings, putting it among the top 500 agents in the country.
