A Cambridgeshire baker whose stalls at St Ives and Ely farmers markets regularly sell out is gearing up for the release of his first book.

George Hepher, who runs George’s Bakery, which is based at Houghton, said: “The book features 80 recipes for some of my signature bakes as well as new treats, plus just lots of tricks and tips.

“I cannot wait to share all of the amazing pictures styled by @kayiemarshall and shot by @thelittleplantation along with some behind the scenes footage in the next few months.

The Hunts Post:

“Thank you so much @nicolethomass @quercusbooks @greenfinch_books @mobius_books for making this dream a reality.

“It’s cheaper than a postal box, come on people.”

REBEL BAKES is out on April 11 next year and available to pre-order now via https://geni.us/RebelBakes.
