Dr Fiona Head, medical director at NHS Cambridgeshire & Peterborough, part of the Integrated Care System (ICS), said “Going into this winter, we want to give our local communities the maximum protection against COVID-19.

“Even for those who’ve had a COVID-19, it’s still important to get a vaccination as viruses change and immunity decreases over time.

“This week sees a wide choice of walk-in clinics taking place across range of locations across Cambridgeshire and Peterborough over the coming weeks, providing those eligible with a quick and convenient way to get boosted for winter.”
