Twelve stylish show homes at the Wintringham development in St Neots, which features homes from a range of housebuilders, will be available to explore at an open weekend on November 25 and 26 from 10am-5pm.

Potential buyers are invited to come along and make a day of it on Saturday and Sunday by exploring the site’s 3.5km leisure trail and refuelling at the food truck between visits.

If you’re looking for an exciting new chapter in a dynamic community, with a bustling market town on your doorstep and all the amenities of a major city less than 20 miles away, then Wintringham could be the answer.

The thriving, connected community is nestled in the Cambridgeshire countryside and has wellbeing at its core.

Wintringham is inviting potential buyers to its Show Homes Open Weekend on November 25 and 26 to explore the beautifully designed, sustainable and energy efficient one- and two-bedroom apartments and two- to five-bedroom houses available.

Visitors can also view the green spaces and amenities and chat to potential neighbours to discover why Wintringham is such a fantastic place to live.

As well as the show homes, Barratts will be welcoming visitors to the Discovery House, which showcases sustainability measures and offers innovative solutions to conserve energy and water to reduce your carbon footprint. The garden also has some great ideas on how to nurture nature in your new home.

Stonebond’s new Behind the Scenes House will also be open during the Show Homes Open Weekend. At the pre-plaster stage, the house demonstrates how the internal components are linked behind the finished walls and showcases the workmanship and attention to detail that goes into a new Stonebond home.

Wintringham is a great place to put down roots, with a thriving community supported by key facilities, services and amenities set in dynamic and attractive spaces.

Wintringham Primary Academy, a unique timber building with a central woodland grove, provides an inspirational learning environment at the heart of the first phase of Wintringham.

Designed with spaces and places where people can meet up and play an active role in their new community, Wintringham hosts a range of community activities throughout the year including ecology and heritage events as well as celebrations such as Diwali, Christmas and Chinese New Year.

Exuding character, with quality green spaces woven into the fabric of its design, Wintringham thoughtfully connects people with nature and the landscape around them.

A 3.5km leisure trail around the edge of the first phase of Wintringham, which will be extended as the development grows, provides a circular walking and cycling route with equipped fitness stations and play-on-the-way features to encourage an active and healthy lifestyle for residents of all ages.

As part of the eastern expansion of St Neots, Wintringham benefits from close connections to the town, Love’s Farm and the surrounding area.

With St Neots station just a ten-minute walk away, it’s easy to jump on a direct train to London for work, a spot of shopping or lunch, or take the 905 bus into Bedford or Cambridge.
