A deterrent against ram raids has been installed outside a shop in a Cambridgeshire village.

Police carried out the work at SPAR in Warboys after a car was left wedged in the shop window during a failed ram raid attempt in August 2018.

At the time of the incident, the silver Saab reversed at speed in an attempt to force entry to the shop, however the offenders were unsuccessful and left empty handed.
