Make room in your diaries because the St Neots Festival is confirmed to return in 2024!

The Neotists, the festival organisers, have agreed to do it all again and are bringing back the excitement of the last festival to Priory Park for a second consecutive year.

The community group in St Neots were convinced to hold another festival following the "wonderful feedback" they received from more than 170 people who responded to a post-event survey.

Ninety-six per cent of festival goers rated the music as 'very good' or 'good', and 95 per cent said the same about the whole experience, making it an easy decision to push for its return in 2024.

Director of the Neotists and chair of the festival committee, Clair Slade, said: "We've looked at the dates this year and really worked on how best to accommodate our residents and festival goers as well as our Armed Forces Community and have gone with July 6 and July 7 2024."

Clair added that the last festival was "above and beyond" they'd expected for a first-ever event, and they're "really keen" to keep the wonderful atmosphere for next year.

The festival will have at least two music stages, and it is hoped that even more funding can be generated to secure more performance areas and acts to make 2024 "even bigger and better".

"We hope that next year will offer even more Music, Arts and Unexpected Delights right here in our wonderful town of St Neots," she said.

The St Neots Festival Parade will also be returning and marking the opening of the main festival.

The parade organiser, Brian Moore, confirmed that next year's theme will be 'showtime' and that 15 groups are already booked in with 15 spaces remaining.
