Two women have been charged with shoplifting after police caught them with bags and trollies of suspected stolen jewellery and food items.
Response officers in Huntingdon were notified of suspected shoplifting in the town after a vigilant member of the public raised concerns.
With the descriptions from witnesses and the assistance of CCTV operators, the police were able to locate, stop and arrest them.
Officers seized several goods, including food and jewellery items.
A spokesperson for Cambridgeshire Constabulary said: "Daniela Curt, 32, and Simona Iordan, 29, both of Star Road in Peterborough, have been charged with three counts of shoplifting."
Both are due to appear at Cambridge Magistrates' Court on September 28.
