A former Peterborough United player and current Norwich City player has admitted causing serious injury to three people by dangerous driving.
Flynn Clarke, 20, was given an interim driving ban at Cambridge Crown Court on Friday (August 11) after pleading guilty to charges relating to an incident that happened in Thorney, Cambridgeshire, in April 2022.
A stretch of the A47 and the B1167 in Thorney was closed at around 8pm on April 30, 2022, following a crash in which Clarke was involved, reopening again around 10pm.

He was bailed to appear for sentence on Friday, September 15.
Peterborough-born Clarke was signed by the Canaries in 2021 after a handful of senior appearances for Peterborough United.
The Scotland Under-21 international had a brief spell on loan with League Two club Walsall last year but only made three appearances.

The midfielder featured for Norwich City's first team during pre-season, during a 1-1 friendly draw at Barnet last month.
Clarke is yet to make a senior competitive appearance but is under contract until 2025.
Norwich City Football Club has been approached for comment.
