Two neighbours in the village of Little Paxton are celebrating after winning £60,000 with People’s Postcode Lottery.
The lottery winners each pocketed cheques for £30,000 when their postcode, PE19 6QX, was drawn as the winner of Sunday’s prize.
It’s the second gold envelope for IT Business Analyst Sasha Angell after her previous address already won her £1,000.
Sasha was left stunned when her cheque for £30,000 was revealed.
She said: “It feels unreal. It’s unbelievable. It’s taking a while to settle in!”
Joined by her partner Robert, the pair were thrilled and said they’ll plan an all-inclusive holiday with their four children, with sun, sandy beaches and water slides in mind.
The other winner chose to remain anonymous.
Postcode Lottery ambassador Danyl Johnson was on hand to surprise Sasha with her winnings.
He said: “Congratulations to our winners in Little Paxton. I hope they enjoy celebrating the win and the holiday to come!”
This draw was promoted on behalf of Postcode International trust.
