The mild autumnal weather has led to plenty of anglers visiting the banks with some great results, especially on the perch fishing front.
Simon Irvine made the long drive to the River Ribble and was rewarded with a lovely 2lb fish and several smaller perch.
Mickey Bartlett, of St Ives Tackle, tried his luck on the River Ouse in search of perch and landed 15 to just under a 1lb whilst using the Cheb Rig with a strike king worm fished weedless style.
Then just a few days later, Mickey returned to a slightly different spot and landed a monstrous 2lb 6oz.
