HUNTINGDON-based Pursuit Dynamics is to have a new finance director.
Forty-five-year-old accountant Richard Webster will join the company’s board from early November, succeeding Donald Bell, who has been in the job for two and a half years during which the company has seen significant commercial success.
Mr Bell will also stand down from the Board following the publication of the full year results in December.
Mr Webster has held a number of senior finance positions in a variety of companies, including Mercury Asset Management, Serco Group PLC, Transport for London’s surface transport division and Liberata Ltd. He was also non-executive director at the Ministry of Defence from 2007 to 2009.
Most recently he was chief finance officer for HR Access, majority owned by Fidelity Investments, in Paris where he was brought in to manage a turnaround assignment.
Mr Bell will work alongside Mr Webster to ensure a smooth handover leading up to the year end results announcement in early December, PDX announced this week.
