Police are appealing for witnesses after a pedestrian was killed on the A1 at Eaton Socon on Friday (April 10) night.
It is not known at this stage whether the man, who was struck by a vehicle and died at the scene, was attempting to cross the busy dual carriageway.
The accident happened just before 10pm on the northbound carriageway and involved a Nissan Navara car.
Police are appealing to anyone who was in the area at the time and may have information to contact Sgt Paul Tanner in the Roads Policing Unit on 101.
