Firefighters were called to a house fire in the early hours today (Monday) on the edge of Huntingdon.
Two engines from the town’s fire station were sent to The Shrubbery at Hinchingbrooke Park at 3.11am.
They found a fire in a bedroom and two firefighters wearing breathing apparatus put it out.
A spokesman for Cambridgeshire Fire and Rescue Service said all the people in the property were accounted for.
Crews left at about 7.35am. The cause of the fire is being investigated.
