Burglars stole a cheque book in a raid on a house in Little Raveley.
The incident took place between 8am-4.30pm on Monday, June 29, at a house in Upwood Road.
Detective Constable Adam McCluskey said: “Entry was gained by forcing a rear UPVC framed window. Once inside a tidy search has commenced and only a cheque book has been stolen.
“Please remain vigilant and report any unusual or suspicious activity in your village, record descriptions of people and vehicles recording index numbers when possible.”
