As your child prepares to receive their long-awaited GCSE results, your attention will be turning to the options available to them.
At Huntingdonshire Regional College we are geared up to help them find their ideal next step as we host our Advice & Information Day on Saturday 22nd August, 10:00am to 2:00pm.
This event allows school leavers to discuss their options with curriculum and Learner Services staff, and gather a wealth of information about enrichment, finance and the learner experience at HRC.
Hunts Regional College will also open its doors on Results Day itself, Thursday 20th August, 10:00am to 6:00pm to answer any queries about Further Education and Apprenticeships and there will enrolment sessions for courses timetabled over subsequent days. Please see www.huntingdon.ac.uk/apprenticeships/students/ for more details.
HRC offers full-time study programmes in Business, Childcare, Computing, Construction, Creative Industries, Engineering, Hair, Beauty Therapy & Nail Services, Health & Social Care, Motor Vehicle, Sport & Exercise and Uniformed Public Services. Learn more at www.huntingdon.ac.uk/courses/
The event is also an invitation to explore the facilities at the College both inside and outside the learning environments.

Any enrolling learners aged 16-18 can find out about our free College bus service across Huntingdonshire, enabling learners to save up to £450 a year, plus half-price driving lessons offered with RED Driving School.
Work experience and apprenticeships
All of the study programmes at HRC feature work experience opportunities and enterprise projects. The College has established links with local employers and works with them to ensure learners leave College with the right skills and experience.
And the strong relationship between the College and local business also means that HRC is well placed as a provider of Apprenticeships with a range of companies across the region.
Apprenticeships are an increasingly popular route as they combine paid jobs with paid training and an average of 25 people per month secure Apprenticeships through HRC. For more information visit: www.huntingdon.ac.uk/apprenticeships/students/
