A 31-year-old man has appeared at court in connection with a burglary in Huntingdon.
Police were called at 9.30pm on Monday to reports of a burglary at a house in Great Northern Street.
During the incident, a number of items were stolen including car keys for an Audi A1, four mobile phones and jewellery.
Following the incident, a man, from Cambridgeshire, was arrested and subsequently appeared at Peterborough Magistrates’ Court this morning (Wednesday) charged with burglary and theft.
Lee Hurley, of Cambridgeshire police’s Huntingdonshire burglary team, said: “A number of items stolen in the burglary have since been recovered.”
